Larissa Aronin is currently a Visiting Professor at University of Silesia, Institute of Linguistics,  Senior Researcher at TU Darmstadt   and an Associate Professor at the Oranim Academic College of Education, Israel. She was a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA in 2014, Visiting Research Fellow at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland (2008-2017), and a KIVA Guest Professor at the Technical Universität Darmstadt, Germany (2016). Guest professor at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (2021). She served two terms (2010-2014) as a Secretary of the International Association of Multilingualism. Larissa Aronin is a Board Member of Language Teaching (CUP) and an Editorial Board member of a number of international peer-reviewed journals.
Larissa Aronin has published in a range of international journals on a wide array of topics connected with multilingualism and authored and co-authored several books on multilingualism.
